Why should businesses recycle?
- Enhances company image—in surveys, many customers and employees say they want to recycle, and support businesses that do so
- Reduces trash collection costs
- Saves natural resources. Example: Manufacturing with recycled aluminum vs. producing new uses 95% less energy
- Save County landfill capacity, which in turn keeps taxes down
- Reduces water pollution (which ultimately impacts taxes)
