Display sponsorships at monthly membership luncheons offer 
members an affordable way to promote their companies. There are many benefits associated with being a display sponsor. Display sponsors receive a table for a business display, and members attending the luncheon are encouraged to visit each table display through a Passport program that offers them the opportunity to win a beautiful prize basket if they complete their “passport” by visiting each display. Display sponsors receive further recognition as their name is announced from the podium and displayed on a tent card at all dining tables. They may also provide advertising literature for a goody bag and a prize reflective of their business to be awarded at the conclusion of the luncheon. Importantly, display sponsors receive one complimentary “seat” at the luncheon. Luncheon themes and locations vary, and Diana Tringali can help members determine which luncheons best meet their promotion goals. A limited number of display sponsorships are available each month.
This monthly membership luncheon sponsorship opportunity offers excellent visibility and more. In addition to having their name announced from the podium and the opportunity for a table display, the Passport Sponsor has an opportunity to speak for two minutes during the luncheon to tell those present about the Sponsor’s business. Feature your business at these popular networking effects held outside regular business hours, either before the workday begins or after it has ended. When hosting a Business Before or a Business After Hours, companies receive four months of publicity in the Business Link, promotion on the Chamber website and its inclusion in all event announcements at Chamber functions around the date of the sponsored event. Members’ sponsorship fee also gives them access to either membership mailing labels for the Chamber’s more than 1,000 members or the opportunity to place a flyer in the Chamber Pak mailing before their event. nature Event OpportuntiesThroughout the year, the Region’s Chamber hosts a variety of major events that offer members an opportunity to obtain excellent visibility in a variety of settings and before different interest groups.
Chamber signature events- such as the Chairman’s Dinner, Valor Awards, Business Awards and Chamber Classic golf tournament- offer high levels of visibility. Multiple levels of sponsorship include opportunities to sponsor award winners, decorations or beverages. High visibility corporate and patron sponsorships allow for maximum visibility, with the names of these member sponsors included in all advertising leading up to the event. Mid-level Honor sponsorships provide higher-than-average visibility at an affordable cost.
